| 2018-12-03 07:10 Don Shaw | General: Hi, I have had my Colx wallet for I think around 8 months. I started with just over 1 million and began staking, I ended up getting close to 1.7 mill total. A little while while ago my computer turned itself off after doing windows updates and it wouldn't sync after that. I updated the software. My son had a look and chose the option to delete local blockchain folders. He said after doing that it would make all my funds and transactions visible again. He did this and my staked coins seemed to be lost. I now only have 837K Colx and 93K zCOLX total 930k COLX. At one point after my son deleted the local block chain folders I changed the DAT file to one that I had backed up before the issue. So I am using the backed up one now. The previous one did not give me the lost staking coins either. Although I can't remember exactly how many COLX was showing using the previous DAT file. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Don. | Answer |
